This 38mm aluminum ROPP cap is designed for juice, beverage and soda water packaging where tamper evidence, sealing performance and bottle neck matching are important.
The TPE liner helps provide reliable contact between the cap and bottle neck. The closure can be used in beverage packaging applications that require high-temperature sterilization and resistance to internal bottle pressure.
For juice and other beverages that undergo thermal processing, the actual sterilization temperature, processing time and cooling conditions should be confirmed before production.
For soda water or other pressurized beverages, the required internal pressure and bottle neck structure should also be checked together with the bottle sample.
Final sealing performance should be tested with the buyer’s actual bottle, filled product and production conditions before mass production.
