Sample Testing for Precise Dimension
When a customer’s bottle mouth has non-standard specifications, we first request the customer to provide actual bottle samples (or detailed bottle mouth parameters, such as outer diameter, inner diameter, bottle mouth height, thread specifications, etc.). Upon receiving the samples, we use professional measuring equipment (e.g., high-precision calipers, image measuring instruments) to conduct repeated testing and data calibration on the key dimensions of the bottle mouth. This helps define the exact parameters required for the aluminum cap to fit the bottle mouth (including cap body diameter, inner plug size, engagement depth, thread compatibility, etc.), ensuring the accuracy of dimension data and laying a precise foundation for subsequent matching or customization.

Prioritize Matching; Initiate Mold Customization if No Suitable Specifications Exist
Matching with Existing Specifications: After testing, we compare the measured aluminum cap parameters with our inventory of standard aluminum cap specifications. If there is an aluminum cap with fully matching dimensions, we promptly provide samples to the customer for test assembly and leak-proof testing. Once confirmed to be leak-free and tightly engaged, mass production and delivery can begin immediately.

Mold Customization and Production: If no suitable specifications are available in the existing inventory, we will initiate the exclusive mold customization process. Based on the precise dimensions obtained from testing, our professional mold design team will develop a customized mold scheme. After customer confirmation, mold manufacturing will commence. Once the mold is completed, we will first produce a small batch of trial aluminum caps and conduct physical assembly tests with the customer’s bottle mouth (including sealing performance testing, drop resistance and durability testing, etc.). Only after confirming that the core requirements of "leak-proof and durable" are met will we proceed to mass production, ensuring the compatibility between the aluminum cap and the customer’s bottle mouth throughout the entire process.
