The main reasons for the defects of glass wine bottles

1. When the glass blank falls into the initial mold, it cannot enter the initial mold accurately, and the friction with the mold wall is too large, forming creases. After blowing, the creases spread and enlarge, forming wrinkles on the glass wine bottle body.

2. The scissor marks of the upper feeding machine are too large, and the scissor marks appear on the body of some bottles after molding.

3. The initial mold and molding material of the glass wine bottle is poor, the density is not enough, and the oxidation is too fast after high temperature, forming small pits on the surface of the mold, resulting in the surface of the molded glass wine bottle being not smooth.

4. Poor quality of glass wine bottle mold oil will cause insufficient lubrication of the mold, slow down the dripping speed, and change the shape of the material too quickly.

5. The design of the initial mold of the glass wine bottle is unreasonable. The cavity is large or small. After the material drops into the forming mold, it is blown and diffused unevenly, which will cause spots on the body of the glass wine bottle.

Approach

After thermal spraying of the bottle coming out of the machine forming mold, a protective film is formed on the outside of the glass bottle. After the sprayed glass bottle enters the annealing furnace for secondary annealing, there will be no traces when the bottles are rubbed against each other. After the conveying belt of the secondary annealing kiln comes out, when the bottle body is still warm, a cold spraying process (a special chemical product) is added.

The transparency and smoothness of the glass bottle after the second spraying have improved a lot, and the appearance is smooth and wear-resistant. The scratches caused by friction between the bottles will be significantly reduced, and it has a very good toughening and strengthening effect on the glass bottle.
