What are the standard requirements for bartending?

1. Time
The prescribed time for finishing a glass of cocktail is 1 minute. In the actual operation of the bar, a skilled bartender is required to provide guests with 80-120 glasses of drinks within 1 hour.
2. Meter (presence)
You must wear a white shirt, waistcoat and bow tie. The image of the bartender not only affects the reputation of the bar, but also affects the drinking taste of the guests.
3. Hygienism
Most beverages are directly served to guests without heating, so every link in the operation should be carried out in strict accordance with hygienic requirements and standards. Any bad habits such as touching hair, face, etc. will directly affect the hygiene status.
4. Posture (fundamental position)
The movement is skilled and the posture is graceful; there must be no irregular movements.
5. Carrying cups (glasses)
The carrier glass used is consistent with the requirements of the cocktail, and the wrong carrier glass cannot be used.
6. Ingredients
The raw materials used are required to be accurate, and the use of less or wrong main raw materials will destroy the standard taste of the cocktail.
7. Color (colour)
The shade of color is consistent with the requirements of the cocktail.
8. Aroma
The concentration of the aroma should match the aroma of the cocktail.
9. Taste
The taste of the brewed drink is normal, not too strong or too weak.
10. Method
The bartending method is consistent with the beverage requirements.
11. Program (assembling procedure)

12. Decorate
